Please make sure you look at the "Videos / DVDs  Wanted List", as these are items that LOC - Costuming Archives is actively looking for. If you are sending a Video / DVD from the wanted list, please use the [I Have A Wanted Video / DVD] button]. Using this button is quicker.

Below is a form that you need to fill in. The information pertains to the Video / DVD you would like to have added to the LOC - Costuming Archives. 

Once you have filled in the information, hit the [SEND] button and the information will be transmitted to the LOC - Costuming Archives. Under normal circumstances you should receive an email from the LOC - Costuming Archives giving you further instructions.

Once the Video / DVD is received, it will processed and archived.
